MHD An R package for the metric halfspace depth, an extention of Tukey’s halfspace depth for object data. Avaiable: CRAN.

RFPCA An R package for Riemannian functional data analysis. Implements principal component analysis for densely or sparsely observed trajectories taking values on a Riemannian manifold, e.g., a sphere. Available: GitHub.

fdapace A comprehensive R package for functional data analysis. Includes principal component analysis for random functions and their derivatives, functional regression, functional correlation, etc. Available: CRAN, GitHub.

TE An R package for the insertion/deletion dynamics of genome transposable elements. Available: CRAN.
